FAQs 🌿

Side Effects?

Overall, cannabinoids are well-tolerated by the body. They’re nontoxic, although our psychoactive products should never, under any circumstances, be administered to children or pets. Overall, the most commonly reported side effects of hemp products are:

Drowsiness/grogginess, Fatigue, Dry mouth, Increased appetite, Coordination impairment, Dry eyes/bloodshot eyes, or Anxiety/paranoia (when consuming too much of a psychoactive cannabinoid)

What is Hemp?

The hemp plant belongs to the cannabis genus – the same genus to which marijuana belongs. The difference is that hemp is a federally legal plant, and contains only a trace amount of delta 9 THC in its natural form – too trace to get people high. The flowering buds of the female hemp plant are where we find the chemical compounds that bring us potential benefits and/or psychoactive effects, including cannabinoids and terpenes.

What are Terpenes?

Terpenes also play a vital role in the overall effects of hemp. Terpenes are secondary compounds in the flowering buds of the plant, and actually exist in all plant life. They provide every plant with its unique flavor and aroma properties. They also introduce a variety of potential benefits, including those that affect mood, pain, and more. Terpenes give each strain its unique flavor and aroma profile.

What are Cannabinoids?

Cannabinoids are chemical compounds unique to the cannabis genus. They are compounds that attach to the cannabinoid receptors in the body, to regulate physiological processes like mood, sleep, pain tolerance, inflammation, and more. This process is part of the function of the endocannabinoid system, which is tasked with keeping us in homeostasis through regulating individual processes within each system of the body.

Which "Cannabinoid" is for me?

We offer a wide selection of products that each highlight distinctive cannabinoids – or sometimes combinations of cannabinoids, all in one. So, how do you know which cannabinoid is right for you? First, consider tolerance. If you’re totally new to psychoactive cannabinoids, start with a milder one, like delta 8. We also recommend learning about the unique effects of each cannabinoid, to find the one that caters to your specific needs.

THCA Federal Compliance Disclaimer

Federal Compliance Disclaimer
THCA (Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid naturally present in raw cannabis and hemp plants. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight are federally legal. THCA, in its raw form, is not Delta-9 THC and does not produce psychoactive effects unless decarboxylated (heated). While the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has stated that THCA must be considered in post-decarboxylation testing for THC compliance, our products are rigorously tested to ensure they meet federal guidelines, with THCA content reported as a non-active cannabinoid on Certificates of Analysis (COAs). This ensures compliance with federal law, as THCA itself is not classified as a controlled substance under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) 134.
